1. So… what do you actually do?
I help mompreneurs hire the right remote people so they can stop doing all the things and start running their business like the CEO they actually are. No cookie-cutter recruiters, no random “let’s throw a job post on Indeed and pray.” Just human-first, strategic hiring that feels good and works. One mom to another!

2. Do you only work with certain industries?
Nope! If you’re a values-driven small business that cares about people (and your sanity), we’re probably a fit. My sweet spot? Moms who’ve outgrown the DIY phase and need real help hiring so they can breathe again.

3. Is everything remote?
Yes! All roles I help you hire are remote—and so is the way we work together. So if you’re building your business during nap time or in your yoga pants, we’re good.

4. Why choose Bella Vita over a traditional recruiter?
Because you don’t need someone who just slings resumes your way. Recruiters often work fast, not smart, with keyword searches, AI filters, and zero clue about your values or vision. I’m your hiring partner, not a vendor. I get to know YOU, your business, and the type of human you need. Not just what’s on paper.

5. Can I hire you for just one role? Or do you only do big packages?

That’s okay! I can help you prep so when you are ready, you’ve got a hiring process that doesn’t make you want to cry. We can also work on leadership confidence so you feel like the powerhouse CEO you are.

8. What if I’m juggling business AND a household? Do I need to show up polished?
Nope, not here. I built Bella Vita the same way you’re building your business, in the middle of carpool lines, nap schedules, and snack breaks. Calls can happen in yoga pants with kids (or pets) making cameos. This isn’t corporate. This is simply business that fits real life, and you deserve that.

9. Is this going to be super corporate?
Absolutely not. I left the soul‑sucking corporate playbook behind years ago. My approach is human, conversational, and tailored to your business, no cookie‑cutter workshops or meaningless buzzwords. We’re not “leveraging synergies.” We’re finding you the right humans so you can stop drowning. That’s it.

10. Can you help if I already have an internal HR person or recruiter?
Absolutely. I can collaborate with your existing HR team or recruiter to make sure your hiring process is human‑first, values‑driven, and designed for long‑term retention. Think of me as the culture and alignment expert who adds depth to the work they’re already doing. So together, we find (and keep) the right people.

11. Can I afford this if I’m not a giant company?
Yep. I built these services for small business owners who want big results without blowing the budget. No $10k retainers, no “enterprise-only” nonsense. Just packages that make sense for where you’re at.
