1. What exactly does Bella Vita do?
I help small business owners hire the right people, keep their best people, and build a team culture that makes work feel like a place everyone wants to be — not just somewhere they clock in.

2. Do you only work with certain industries?
Nope. I work with values‑driven businesses across many industries, the key is that you care about your people and you’re open to hiring and leading in a human‑first way. Sidenote, though: If you’ve got a “profits over people” mentality, think HR is just red tape, or believe burnout is a badge of honor, we’re not a match. I work with leaders who want success without sacrificing their people or themselves.

3. Are all your services remote?
Yes. I work with clients virtually so I can support businesses anywhere in the U.S. (and sometimes beyond). All meetings, hiring processes, and team coaching are done online.

4. Why choose Bella Vita over a traditional recruiter?
Most recruiters rely on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI filters to decide who gets seen. The problem? With AI writing so many resumes these days, it’s basically AI competing against AI, and the actual person (and your actual position) gets lost in the mix.

Yes, filtering is necessary when you’re drowning in hundreds of applications. But reducing people to keywords means you’re only looking at the top 1% according to an algorithm… not according to what actually matters in your business.

I skip the cookie‑cutter AI sorting and get to know the person behind the paper. My process is designed to find the humans who will stay, contribute, and actually make your team better — not just the ones who happen to play the resume game perfectly.

5. Do you offer one‑off hiring help, or do I need to commit long‑term?
Both! You can work with me for a single hire or choose an ongoing retainer for continuous culture and leadership support.

7. What if I’m not ready to hire yet?
That’s okay! I can still work with you on team culture, leadership coaching, and preparing your business so that when it’s time to hire, you’re ready to attract the right people.

8. Can you just “fix” my team without me being involved?
Short answer: no. I can lead the process, guide the conversations, and bring you the right people, but leadership has to come from the top. If you’re not willing to be part of the solution, the changes won’t stick anyway. You must be committed to doing the work.

9. Is this going to be super corporate?
Absolutely not. I left the soul‑sucking corporate playbook behind years ago. My approach is human, conversational, and tailored to your business, no cookie‑cutter workshops or meaningless buzzwords.

10. Can you help if I already have an internal HR person or recruiter?
Absolutely. I can collaborate with your existing HR team or recruiter to make sure your hiring process is human‑first, values‑driven, and designed for long‑term retention. Think of me as the culture and alignment expert who adds depth to the work they’re already doing. So together, we find (and keep) the right people.
